CSAI (Creative Science and Art Institute), founded in 2021, aims to unify scientific and humanistic knowledge to create innovative solutions for societal needs through an interdisciplinary approach that merges science, art, and design. The institute’s objectives include exploring the intersections of science, creativity, and technology; delving into the aesthetics informed by science, art, and philosophy; and emphasizing intelligence and creativity, particularly in Artificial Intelligence. The CSAI Community Site fosters collaboration among researchers, experts, and practitioners, building a community of creatives.
CSAI participates in and manages R&D projects and engages in public outreach and educational activities, disseminating knowledge through publications and events while managing intellectual property. Managed by the CSAI Foundation, a registered public non-profit in Malta, with Dr. Angelo Dalli and Anastasia Finkel overseeing governance, CSAI has scientific and artistic directorates led by Dr.
Angelo Dalli and Selina Scerri, respectively. The institute aims to establish a sustainable presence that brings positive change to the sciences and arts. For more information, contact CSAI via email at selina.scerri@csai.io.
