Design is functional and accessible, but also artistic. It is an expression of LUfER’s personality, who is an artist and an eclettic cross-designer. Born in Langhirano in ’62, LUfER actually lives and works in Parma. From the mid ’90s, LUfER embraced painting and sculpture enthusiastically, experimenting with different techniques and forms of expression, creating his own sculptures and unique pieces of furniture. He creates sculptures, paintings, lamps, chairs, coat racks and tables with industrial waste. His slogan became “who recycles, recycles in an instant”, expressing his “modus operandi” synthesis. Since 2007, his work was exhibited in several European cities during events related to the theme of reuse and recycling.
