BNF bank building St Julians by Olaug Vethal is a bright watercolour painting on paper depicting a street in St Julians. It appears to be a street that takes you down to Spinola Bay from Sliema and in the middle is a blue building with a German and Maltese flag on the roof and on either side. People are seen walking across and the sky depicted at the top left is bright blue.
