Did you know that by observing art, you can slow down the rush of daily life and connect with yourself and others?
Art can help us navigate difficult emotions, deepen self-awareness, and encourage alternative perspectives while developing new ideas. It serves as a form of communication that taps into the unconscious, teaching us how to acknowledge and process our feelings. Through observing and creating art, we learn to regulate emotions, embrace stillness, slow down, ask questions, connect with others, and move through life with greater presence.
Christine X Art Gallery invites you to participate in a workshop designed for adults aged 18+ to ignite your awareness, imagination, and artistic skills. This hands-on, minds-on experience will take place in the inspiring, colourful setting of the gallery, surrounded by masterpieces and professionally guided by Dr. Charmaine Zammit.
The afternoon session will involve guest artist Claude Camilleri, aka Miloman, a POP Artist based in Malta. check out www.milomanart.com
To ensure individual attention and meaningful connections, the workshop is limited to just six participants. Booking the workshop also makes an inspiring gift or a great opportunity for team-building activities.
