works mostly explore the subject of individual and popular memory where
current events are linked with similar events from the past.

The Comet was seen as a harbinger of plague in the past. This drawing follows
Cesare Ripa’s personification of a comet. Curiously in 2020, coinciding with the
Covid-19 outbreak, the appearance of comet Neowise was one of the major
    astronomical events of the year.
