works mostly explore the subject of individual and popular memory where
current events are linked with similar events from the past.
In past pestilential outbreaks, a planetary alignment was seen as an
announcement or signal of a coming plague. Curiously in 2020, coinciding with
the Covid-19 outbreak, a planetary alignment of Jupiter and Saturn occurred.
The drawing is a re-interpretation of this event, in which the Jupiter is
represented by the Eagle and Saturn is represented by the Scythe.
