Carolina Tanti | Malta @anatanti
Artist participating in 20 x 20 Exhibition: Edition 2
Ana-Carolina Tanti is a German artist, originally born in Stuttgart and now based in Malta. She has been a lead actress in a German TV show for the past 12 years, and more recently has graduated from her studies with a focus on ‘arts in social work’. Her experiences in the different artistic media have contributed to a unique artistic approach that focuses on both creative expression and social impact.

Inspired by historic silhouette paper cuttings (Scherenschnitt), she wanted to transfer this technique to a modern approach. The motives are based on structures of nature and represent the importance of keeping our curiosity alive, and to learn from the (little) details that surround us.
